Christ Ahnsahnghong, I thought Jesus was coming with the same name!

In the age of the father, Jehovah God said he would come in the flesh playing the role of a son.  When he came, he came with the name Jesus but at this time only the Old Testament existed.  You cannot find the name Jesus in the Old Testament, the reason why we know Jesus is God, is because he fulfilled all the prophecies.  Through the prophecies we are now able to realize that Jesus Christ is Jehovah God in the flesh. In the bible it is prophesied that Christ will come for a second time.  Most people think that he will come with the same name.  Most of you have seen my previous post talking about Christ Ahnsahnghong and you are probably wondering, where did I get this name from?  Through the scriptures you can clearly see that Christ will come with a new name.

Revelation 3:11 I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown. 12 Him who overcomes I will make a pillar in the temple of my God. Never again will he leave it. I will write on him the name of my God and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem, which is coming down out of heaven from my God; and I will also write on him my new name. 13 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.

Jesus Christ said that he is coming soon with a new name.  If I told you that I was going to change my name tomorrow and then the next day you ask me “What’s your new name?” and I tell you the same name, would that make sense?  In the same way, Jesus Christ said he will come with a new name, which means he can come with any name except the name Jesus.

Revelation 2:17 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes, I will give some of the hidden manna. I will also give him a white stone with a new name written on it, known only to him who receives it.

Jesus Christ said he would give us a white stone with a new name written on it.  Do you think Jesus is literally going to hand you a white stone with a new name?

white stone

No, let’s see what stone represents in the bible.

Acts 4:10 then know this, you and all the people of Israel: It is by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified but whom God raised from the dead, that this man stands before you healed. 11 He is ” ‘the stone you builders rejected, which has become the capstone.”

The stone in the bible represents Jesus Christ. We can see that Jesus Christ is the stone but God gives us more confirmation because it is a white stone, what does white represent? Clean and pure, who’s the only one that’s pure without sin?  Christ, Jesus Christ will come with a new name.  We can clearly see that the bible testifies that Christ will come with a new name, so we cannot continue to insist that he will come with the name Jesus.

Why does the Church of God World Mission Society always use the bible?

As you know I like to talk to people about the existence of God the Mother, about Christ Ahnsahnghong and about all the other interesting things that are in the bible.  When I talk to people, I always like to show them in the bible but many people always say, don’t worry about it, I’ll Google it.  I always find this response very interesting because the only thing that God left us was the bible.  Most people think they know everything about God because they heard it from someone else.  Most people have never done their own research about God through the bible.

Think about it, did Jesus Christ say 2,000 years ago that in later times you can find out about him through Google?  I know the internet didn’t exist at that time but don’t you think that God knew the internet would be around later on?  God spoke about airplanes, the water cycle, the earth, wars and etc. before they existed or before people knew that they existed.  So of course God knew that the internet would exist, God created all things.  We should do as Jesus Christ did, then how did Jesus Christ testify about himself?

Luke 24:25 He said to them, “How foolish you are, and how slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken! 26Did not the Christ have to suffer these things and then enter his glory?” 27And beginning with Moses and all the Prophets, he explained to them what was said in all the Scriptures concerning himself.

Moses and the Prophets stands for the Old Testament.  When Jesus Christ came 2,000 years ago, the New Testament didn’t exist, only the Old Testament existed.  Jesus Christ testified about himself through the scriptures, through the bible.  If God Almighty used the scriptures to testify about himself, then what do you think his disciples used?

Acts 17:2 As his custom was, Paul went into the synagogue, and on three Sabbath days he reasoned with them from the Scriptures, 3explaining and proving that the Christ had to suffer and rise from the dead. “This Jesus I am proclaiming to you is the Christ,” he said.

Jesus Christ disciples also testified about Jesus through the scriptures.  Then why should it be any different now?  If the bible was good enough for Jesus Christ and his disciples then why should it be any different for us?  The bible testifies about Christ, the bible leads us to Christ.  Now we don’t only have the Old Testament but we also have the New Testament.  All 66 books of the bible testify about Second Coming Christ.  So if we want to know about Second Coming Christ, then where should we look?  In the bible, that’s why every time I study the bible at the Church of God World Mission Society, they show me everything through the bible. Every time i talk to people about God I always show them through the bible as well.

Anytime you want to know about God, where should you look? In the bible.
