About Dates and Times vs. About Salvation.

I was listening to the radio the other day and I heard a pastor/speaker talking about the end of the world. He was so confident that it is going to be this specific day. He kept consoling the individuals who would call in telling them to pray earnestly to God for the ability to enter heaven.

It was difficult to listen for too long because I was thinking about the situation. Actually, now a days so many people proclaim the end of the world. There are countless books alone that speak out about 2012. Others, like the aforementioned pastor, proclaim different dates for different reasons. Let’s say we know that infamous day when the world is going to go down, even though Christ Himself said no one but the Father knows the day. What is better? Knowing the specific day or knowing how to obtain salvation.

It is salvation.

That is why Church of God World Mission Society DOES NOT focus on dates, times, end of the world, etc… but rather to see that all the world receives salvation. It is no different from the last commission that Jesus Christ gave His disciples 2,000 years ago.

Matthew 28:19 “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

This message is actually a prophecy that is being fulfilled now. According to the word of Christ Ahnsahnhong, the Holy Spirit who came, all nations are NOW proclaiming salvation in the name of the Father (Jehovah) the name of the Son (Jesus) and the name of the Holy Spirit (Ahnsahnghong). We must, according to the word of Christ, be baptized in all 3 names. This is the first, beginning step to receiving spiritual life, then we must begin to obey/observe everything that Christ commanded. It is only the Church of God World Mission Society that obeys all the commands of Christ.

It is my desire to go into greater detail what these commands are, one by one. It is the command, Word of God, that leads to salvation… which is more important than anything.
